Groundbreaking companies looking to be at the centre of a new global innovation ecosystem are invited to come forward, with the opportunity for a commercial space in Bradfield City Centre’s First Building now on offer.
Opening in 2024, the First Building will kickstart growth in advanced and emerging industries, two years ahead of the Western Sydney International airport opening.
Up to 318 square metres of commercial space is available on the ground floor of the building for businesses dedicated to manufacturing or Bradfield City Centre’s other focus industries. The building will also house the Advanced Manufacturing Research Facility (AMRF) and other industry tenants.
WPCA Chair, Jennifer Westacott said being a tenant in Bradfield City Centre’s First Building is a significant opportunity for businesses wanting to stand out.
“The First Building will be a thriving hub of innovation at the forefront of the growth Bradfield will deliver for advanced industries,” she said.
“This is a real opportunity for an industry leader to help shape Bradfield’s future and act as a magnet for innovation across all western Sydney.”
With an integrated fit-out and access to common areas and facilities, businesses are invited to submit their Request for Proposal (RFP) for First Building Commercial Tenancy before 2pm May 28, 2024.
