The Western Weekender ran a survey a couple of weeks ago asking readers and subscribers for their take on what a brewery needs to be.
The venue’s owner received so much valuable feedback that they’ve decided to host an evening at the brewery with their Master Brewery, Head Chef, Venue Management and the Design Team – an invitation-only event with a free beer tasting paddle, a free pizza for each survey respondent in the focus group, as well as $500 bar tab prize up for grabs by the lucky survey winner.
Every person that responded will receive a personal invitation email from the FTHAT Group, the owner of this space.
FTHAT is a hospitality collective that owns big spaces filled creativity, industry and artistic flare – including breweries, pizzerias, distilleries, padel courts, art galleries and manufacturing brands – all in Penrith.
The event promises to be a fun night of pizza, beer and conversation – guests will be tasting, testing and critiquing the pizzas, the beers, the venue design in order to guide the next phase of the brewery before they officially launch later in the year.
This is your chance to have a real say in what we create. We want to build something the whole community is proud of, and there’s no better way to do that than by listening to the people who will actually be walking through our doors. This is for Penrith, by Penrith, and from Penrith.
The brewery is going to be the heart of the Manufactor complex – a community zone with new state-of-the art Padel Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts for free play, mini golf and putt-putt, art galleries, restaurants and tons of activities for everyone.
